January's Scent of the Month:

Cedar Fever Solution

Central Texas is notorious for the wintertime allergy most affectionately known as Cedar Fever.  Proactively save your sinuses from the cedar pollen with the following neti pot rinse recipe:

 Combine:

•                 1 t neti pot salt
•                 2 drops Rosemary essential oil
•                 2 drops Myrtle essential oil

Blend with warm water into your neti pot or other nasal irrigation vesicle and use twice daily
