Starting a Swim Routine
Swimming can be a great cardio exercise that is easy on your joints. However, to those who don't swim regularly, it can seem like a daunting task to start swimming on the regular. Here are some tips if you are interested in swimming on a beginner's level:
The following workout is for a distance of 400m. You can always double the workout if you are interested in doing a longer swim.
Warm-up

2x25m right arm only
2x25m pull (swim with only arms)
2x25m left arm only
2x25m kick only
2x25m full stroke
