Crispy Asian Brussel Sprouts
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place your rack on the very top
2. Prepare the brussels by cutting off the base of each and slicing them in half
3. Rinse the sprouts and pat dry with paper towel
4. Cover large baking sheet with tin foil and spread brussels out in the sheet and sprinkle with salt
5. Cook the brussels for 50-60 minutes until crispy; remember to turn every 20 minutes to ensure evenness
6. During the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, reduce all remaining ingredients in a sauce pan over medium to high heat until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes
7. Toss cooked brussels with the reduced sauce and enjoy!

1 lb fresh brussel sprouts
3 T vegetable oil
3 T soy sauce
2 T maple syrup
2 T lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T Sriracha sauce
pinch of salt and black pepper
